About me

Have you wanted to address your problems for a while but felt unsure about talking about that first step? 

I will work with you at your own pace, creating a safe and confidential environment in which we can work through the issues you are facing.

I started my journey of Hypnotherapy and Therapeutic Counselling 12 years ago, searching for something missing from my life. As a child and to early adulthood my life seemed a long road of disappointments from negative experiences but coming though the other side. 

I wanted to share my experiences in helping others to move forward in positive directions and exchanging energies from negative to positive and diminishing stress away from our lives in a healthy effective way. 

Getting to the root of the cause to treat the symptoms in a non- threating way rather than masking and treating with unhealthy coping mechanisms.
